Development Fly Throughs

At ISPT, we are proud of both our development history and excited about our current projects. For property development, we create the right product at the right point in the cycle, while keeping a tight focus on costs and timing.

Responsible development is at the core of our activities. We are committed to the highest commercial levels of sustainability within our development. This is diverse and includes choosing environmental friendly building materials, building technology and design and engagement with academia, industry groups and local communities.

ISPT works with our development management partners, builders and contractors to ensure sustainability is a priority at all our development and refurbishment projects. This includes recycling of construction and demolition water materials including bricks, concrete, green waste, plasterboard, metals, soils, tiles and times. On each site we have specialist facilities to sort, process and recycle building materials to divert the waste from going to landfill where possible.
