ISPT Student Work Experience Program

ISPT annually offers a Student Work Experience Program based in its Melbourne office. The Program allows university students in their third or final year of study to receive valuable paid work experience within a number of practice groups across the ISPT business:

• Property Investment Management (office, retail, industrial);
• Project and Development Management;
• Property Management
• Portfolio Valuation and Performance;
• Research, Strategy and Capital Markets

The program will be offering up to two (2) rotational roles over a 26 week period (April-September 2013), working 3 days per week with flexibility offered to accommodate study requirements.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

• Have completed their second year of study; and
• Studying majors in disciplines such as property / real estate at a recognised Australian University.
